A Roaring Spring man reported tools stolen.

State police said Alan Eshelman reported unknown suspects stole a circular saw, drills, lights and a vice from an unlocked industrial tool box at 143 Ore Hill Road, Taylor Township, Blair County, sometime between Sept. 10 and Oct. 2. Value of the tools was $500.

A New Enterprise man crashed along Interstate 99.

State police said a tractor-trailer driven by Robert E. Berkheimer, 48, struck the side of a vehicle driven by Kelly T. Smith, 62, of Everett as Berkheimer was attempting to change lanes on the highway in Antis Township, Blair County, about 6:20 a.m. Oct. 8. Berkheimer was cited for a traffic violation.

An East Freedom man crashed in Greenfield Township, Blair County.

State police said Donald McChessney, 37, lost control of his SUV along Sproul Mountain Road about 2 a.m. Sept. 28. McChessney’s vehicle struck the center median and overturned on its roof. McChessney was cited for a traffic lane violation.

A Hyndman man allegedly fled after crashing along Hyndman Road in Londonderry Township.

State police said Matthew L. Brick, 43, crashed while entering the road from an unnamed dirt road about 10 a.m. Sept. 1. Police said Brick and a passenger, Brian K. Schlutow, 45, of Chambersburg, fled the scene after the crash.
