James D. Ritchey, 78, of Raystown Road, Everett, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021, at home.

He was born on July 17, 1943, in Saxton.

He is survived by children, Tammy Fluke, Everett, and Jimmy Ritchey, Everett; grandchildren: Shawna Jesse, Torin Fluke, married to Brittany, Kaitlyn Ritchey; great-grandchildren: Gavin Jessee, Waylon Fluke, Walker Fluke and Warren Fluke; sisters: Mildred, Louise, Shelby and Diana; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ritchey spent his working years as a truck driver, driving for Tri-County for 20 years, Yellow Freight for 20 years and also driving for Hinish Feed and Farm Supply. He attended the Crossroads Bible Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and participating in local bowling leagues.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 18, at 4 p.m. at the Tatesville United Methodist Church Pavilion, 151 Methodist Drive, Everett, PA 15537.
