Bonita “Bonnie” (Hite) Ryan Suveg, 70, of Bedford, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021.

She was born on April 12, 1950, in Cumberland, Md., a daughter of the late DeWayne “Jinx” and Edna (Elliott) Hite.

She married John B. Suveg, and he survives along with the following family: a son, John W. Ryan, and wife, Kimberly of Centerville; two stepsons: Thomas M. Suveg of Weatherly and John C. Suveg and wife, Melissa, of Whitehaven; three stepdaughters: Angel L. Suveg of Weatherly, Sandy M. Furmanchin and husband, Jeff, of Weatherly, and Dr. Cindy Suveg and husband, Jeff, of Athens, Ga.; two nephews: Jeff Grapes and wife, Lori, and Mark Grapes and wife, Janelle, all of Centerville; 12 stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two grandchildren-in-laws, Amber and Corey; and one aunt, Evelyn Adams of Cumberland, Md.

Bonnie was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Bedford High School and Scotty’s Beauty Academy. She was the owner of RV Transport South for 25 years.

Funeral services will be private. Burial at Bethel United Methodist Church. Arrangements by the Timothy A. Berkebile Funeral Home in Bedford. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bonnie’s name may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church, 140 Ross Drive, Bedford, PA 15522. Our online guest book is available at
