A Bedford driver lost control of his car and crashed along Route 56 in West St. Clair Township on July 14.

Timothy Arnold, 56, was not injured, but there was substantial damage to his 2014 Dodge Challenger. State police reported the accident one month later, on Aug. 14. Police said Arnold was eastbound and failed to negotiate a left curve south of Dunkard Hollow Road. The car hit a ditch, then a wooden gatepost and a tree.

A Huntingdon County man intentionally damaged the wall of a bathroom in Rookeez bar on Aug. 10, police said.

According to state police, the defendant was Armani Marino, 21, of Calvin. The bar is located in Six Mile Run.

Chips and dip intended for a party wound up in a police report.

State police said a 20-year-old woman from Manns Choice was charged with retail theft after attempting to steal the $17.68 worth of snack items from Walmart in Snake Spring Township. The theft occurred on July 30. The thief was not named in the report.

A car was stolen in Broad Top Township between 2 and 3 a.m. on Aug. 8.

State police are seeking information on the theft of a white 2000 Subaru Outback belonging to Renee Moreno, 28, of Hopewell. The car was taken from 195 Valley View Road.

A motorcyclist traveling on the wrong side of the road was involved in an accident in Monroe Township the evening of Aug. 8.

According to state police, Keith Barton, 43, of Everett was traveling north on a 2004 Honda VTX in the southbound lane of Clear Ridge Road. Theresa Horne, 36, of Everett was driving south in the proper lane of the road. Police said the Honda hit the front tire and the left quarter panel of Horne’s 2014 Chevy Equinox. Barton then fled south on another cycle driven by a witness to the accident. Barton was located the next day at his residence, and he had injuries to his left leg and arm. Horne and her two passengers, including a 2-year-old boy, were not hurt.

A motorcyclist was slightly injured in a crash on Route 30 in Juniata Township on July 15.

State police reported the accident on Aug. 12. Police said Mark Washburn, 66, of Levittown, New York, undercompensated on a hard left curve and his 2014 Harley-Davidson Triglide went off the road and hit a ditch. Washburn was slightly injured. His passenger, 61-year-old Juli Straehle, of Garden City, New York, was not hurt. Both were wearing helmets.

State police made a drug bust while investigating another incident.

The incident occurred on Main Street in Manns Choice on July 6, according to the Aug. 13 police report. Police said they were interviewing Brandon Kelly, 21, of Manns Choice, for a separate incident. “During the interview, the actor said that he had weed on his person and pulled it out of his front pants pocket. He then handed it over,” according to police.

A Breezewood woman being transported to jail on a separate incident was found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Charges were filed against Dominga Lopez, 31, after the incident on Aug. 8, according to state police.

A wallet was found at the Everett post office.

State police said the owner can claim it by contacting them.

A motorcyclist suffered suspected serious injuries in a Broad Top Township accident on Aug. 4.

State police said Joon Jang, 56, of Silver Spring, Maryland, was traveling east on Six Mile Run Road. Attempting to negotiate a left curve, the 2010 Harley-Davidson Roadglide left the road and jumped an embankment. Jang was thrown onto the roadway and the cycle came to rest in the woods to the right side of the road. Raystown Ambulance transported the cyclist to UPMC Altoona for treatment of multilpe injuries.

Charges were filed against an Alum Bank man for violating a protection from abuse order.

The person arrested was identified as Derek Mellott, 26, who state police said made contact with the victim, a 22-year-old Manns Choice woman. The violation occurred July 19.

State police arrested a Saxton man for drug possession.

Police said they went to 901 Mifflin St. in Saxton to serve an arrest warrant on Michael Matthews, 34. Upon his arrest, officers found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on his person.

An animal cruelty case is being investigated.

State police said a cat was found in the parking lot of First Commonwealth Bank in Pleasantville. The cat was severely injured and covered with paintball markings, according to police. Anyone with information about the crime is asked to contact state police at 623-6133 in reference to incident PA19-1043856.

A Three Springs man was cited for harassment.

State police said Chad Gress, 39, allegedly kicked a 32-year-old McConnellsburg woman during an altercation about 8 p.m. Aug. 8 along Doran Road in Taylor Township, Fulton County.

No one was injured in a two tractor-trailer crash.

State police said a tractor-trailer driven by Robert J. Apple, 39, of Paulding, Ohio, pulled in front of an oncoming rig driven by Charles A. Price, 61, of Everett, along Lincoln Highway in East Providence Township about 11:35 a.m. July 31. The rigs collided, causing disabling damage to Price’s vehicle. Apple was cited for entering an intersection violation.

An Everett woman crashed her car into a small tree.

State police said Pamela S. Greenwald, 50, lost control of her sedan along Raystown Road in Hopewell Township about 12:40 p.m. Tuesday. Greenwald’s car spun and struck a small tree and landscaping rocks. She was cited for a traffic lane violation.

A Martinsburg man was arrested after a two-vehicle crash.

State police said a pickup truck driven by Isaac W. Detwiler, 40, of Martinsburg, was struck by a vehicle driven by Dean R. Whitmore, 55, of Alexandria, along William Penn Highway in Smithfield Township, Huntingdon County, about 10:10 a.m. Sunday. Police said Detwiler was arrested on an active warrant. Whitmore’s vehicle had disabling damage and was towed. Whitmore was cited for a traffic violation.
