John Greene’s future is mapped out for the next seven years, when he will go “upstate” to a prison to serve out his term of incarceration. Despite what some may consider a bleak outlook, Greene is looking past his prison time toward a future beyond the bars.

Inmates usually do not stay inmates forever, and eventually must return to the community at large. In order to help those who will have to readapt to society, a Resource Fair was held at the Bedford County Correctional Facility on Monday.
