A battery was destroyed.

State police said a 64-year-old Saxton man reported that unknown suspects destroyed a gel battery at his property along Pinchot Road in Liberty Township on Wednesday. The value of the battery was $100.

A Bedford man was charged with DUI.

State police said Ross Gould, 55, crashed his Jeep into a utility pole along Chalybeate Road in Bedford Township about 7 p.m July 27. Police said Gould then fled the scene. He was found hiding in thick weeds behind the back of a nearby home and arrested for suspected DUI.

A Bedford couple were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

State police said Christopher Pettit, 26, and Julia Reffner, 25, were charged after police responded to their residence at 238 Railroad St. for a disturbance about 4 p.m. Aug. 21.

Rifles were reported missing.

State police said four rifles were reported missing from 828 Bedford Valley Road, Cumberland Valley Township, on Wednesday.

An Everett man was charged after attempting to forge a drug test.

Police said Andrew Brown, 23, was found to be in possession of a glove containing urine during a pre-release urine test at the Bedford County Correctional Facility on Sept. 7.

Two men were charged with harassment.

State police said Jeffrey Dennison, 32, of Hyndman, and Gary Steele, 46, of Cumberland, Maryland, on Sept. 10 were charged with harassment following an alleged physical altercation at 1260 Hyndman Road on Tuesday.

A forklift and tools were stolen.

State police said a 68-year-old Crystal Spring man reported unknown suspects stole a forklift from his property along Old Route 126 in Brush Creek Township, Fulton County, sometime between Aug. 20 and Aug. 22. He also reported a welder, valued at $4,000, and other tools had been stole the prior week.
