Everett High School Class of 1960 will gather for its 60th+1 reunion at 5 p.m. Aug. 28 at Spring House Estates.

Kennametal Men will host a breakfast for retired men at 8 a.m. June 29 at Denny’s Restaurant, Bedford.

Fishing Derby will be held at Garry Reed’s Pond, 4044 Churchview Road, Loysburg, June 19 and is open to participants ages 16 and younger. Signups begin at 7 a.m.; fishing starts at 8 a.m. and ends at noon. There will be three different age groups. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Farmers markets will be hosted by the Egolf Park Association from 3 to 7 p.m. June 10, July 8, Aug. 12 and Sept. 9 at the park. There will be an assortment of plants, baked goods and produce. For more information or to set up as a vendor, email homenurse2269@yahoo.com.

Replogle Schools memorabilia items, such as report cards, trophies, class rings, etc., can be submitted to display at the school. The items will be accepted during Southern Cove Fire Company’s turkey dinners on June 20, July 18, Aug. 15 and Sept. 19. Someone will be available to collect items in the former third-grade room of the elementary school from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Once enough items have been received, they will be put on display for the general public. Buffalo Run Rod and Gun Club will host 3-D archery shoots from 6 a.m. to noon on June 13, July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12.

Southern Cove Power Reunion annual club tractor ride will be held June 26. The ride will start at 10 a.m., rain or shine, at Crossroads Bible Church, 5564 U.S. Business 220, Bedford. Anyone who would like to go can park their trailers at the church. The ride will travel back roads in Dutch Corner and stop at Bence Farm Equipment for lunch, which will be provided. Storytime on the Square will be hosted by MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) of Bedford at 10 a.m. Fridays in June and July, weather permitting. The storytime is free and open to the public. Everett Railroad and Community Museum will recognize Juneteenth from 1 to 3 p.m. June 19 with a presentation by local resident Delores Marshall Myers on the African American heritage in the Everett area. She will display photos, host a question-and-answer session and be part of dedicating an original pew from Everett’s only African American church as a part of the community museum’s archives. There is no admission cost. The museum is open every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Everett Free Library historical exhibit for June recognizes the Juneteenth celebration as a tribute to Everett’s African American heritage. The exhibit was arranged by Bloody Run Historical Sociey volunteer Barbara Hummel. It is a hint of speaker Delores Marshall Myers’ presentation on June 19 at the Railroad and Community Museum.

Quarterly meeting of the Frontier Patriots Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution will be held at noon June 12 at the Dream Restaurant, 1500 Allegheny St., Hollidaysburg. Bedford American Legion Auxiliary Unit 113 meets on the first Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the post, located along Business Route 220, Bedford. Auxiliary members are urged to attend and participate in activities. Applications to join the auxiliary can be picked up at the post. To become a member, a person must be a member of the military, or spouse, son or daughter or grandchild of a veteran. If the family member is a member of an American Legion post, the applicant must provide the post number of the member or a DD214 for the veteran. Men or women may join the unit.

Everett VFW Post 2088 will host bingo nights every Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The games are open to the public, however people must sign in. The post will have a limited menu and only 115 people will be admitted. People may make reservations at 814-652-2144. Cost will be $1 per card for regular games and $5 per card for black outs. The club will open Sundays from noon to about 7 p.m. and be closed on Mondays.

Archery shoots on the Bedford County Sportsmen’s Club’s 30-station, 3D course will be held rain or shine June 27, July 25, Aug. 22 and Sept. 26. Registration will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the days of the shoots on the right side of Route 326, by the lake. Youth, hunter and competition stations will be included. Cubs under the age of 12 will shoot free. Refreshments will be available. The club is located 4.2 miles south of the Route 30 Narrows Bridge. Parking will be available.

50 target sporting clay shoots will be held at the Everett Sportsman’s Club from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month. Due to the shortage of shotgun shells, sales will be limited. Family Hospice offers free monthly Bereavement Support Group meetings on the last Tuesday from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at ACTS Community Church, 169 Bedford Plaza Rd., Bedford.
