Pam Cook of Bedford and her granddaughter, Annika Yingling, pick out cookies at the Christmas Colonial Cookies bake sale fundraiser for the Fort Bedford Museum on Saturday. Museum director Carla Sturgis said the event, in its third year, was a success, both in cookies produced and visitors who bought them at $10 per box. “We get the board members and their friends to make the cookies,” she said. Sturgis admitted that she was “cookied-out” — having baked 90 dozen of the almost 300 dozen cookies. “And we’ve sold about 100 boxes so far,” she said about halfway through the sale.
