Thought: As Christians, we must learn to swallow our pride and be humble, not boastful in all of the accomplishments we have made. Every good and perfect thing that comes into our lives is only by the hand of God. Without Him, we would be nothing, but with Him, we can accomplish much for His glory and honor.

Scripture: Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18

Prayer: Almighty God, Thank You for everything You have blessed me with, whether it be great or small, You have given me all. Lord, may I ever be cautious to never fall prey in the trap of pride. O Lord that I would come to You always with a humble heart of thanksgiving for all things, for I know full well that even in the bad things, You are working for my good. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
