Samantha Barnes and Adam Kreider exchanged wedding vows in a ceremony performed by Brenda Marriner at 3 p.m. Sept. 5 at the former Roudabush Farm, now known as Memaws, in Claysburg.
The bride is the daughter of Angie Claar and Chad Barnes, both of Claysburg. She is a 2011 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School and 2015 graduate of Shippensburg University and is employed by UPMC Home Health.
The groom is the son of Loy and Heidi Kreider of Roaring Spring. He is a 2011 graduate of Central High School. He attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He is employed by HRI Inc.
The bride was attended by matron of honor Emily Lutty of Portage, maid of honor Emily Claar of Claysburg and bridesmaids Blake Detwiler of Williamsburg, Abby Krehl of Gibsonia, Cassidi Barnes of Roaring Spring and Rebekah Claar of Claysburg.
The flower girl was Rowan Barnes, daughter of Jay and Blake Detwiler of Williamsburg, while the ring bearers were Caden and Landon Drummer, sons of Nick and Liz Drummer of Portage.
Lucas Runk of Altoona served as best man, and the groomsmen were Aaron Kreider of Chicago, Illinois, Lucas Blattenberger of Hollidaysburg, Noah Krehl of Gibsonia, Shaffer Johnson of Camp Hill and Brandon Negley of Hollidaysburg.
The couple was honored in a reception at Memaws before departing on a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Mr. and Mrs. Kreider are residing in Roaring Spring.
