Dean and Kathy Claycomb, who live on a farm along Younts Road, Bedford, are celebrating their 50th anniversary today.

The couple was united in marriage Dec. 21, 1968, at Messiah Lutheran Church.

Dean was a store manager with Agway and later worked at the Bedford Farm Bureau. Kathy worked as a case manager with Area Agency on Aging. Both Dean and Kathy are retired.

The couple has one son, Scott Claycomb of Bedford; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

An anniversary open house will be held at Messiah after Christmas.
