The permit area is situated on the property of Reed Family Investments and Detwiler Industries, Inc., north of East Fork Brewster Hollow Run and on both sides of T-596, Martin Farm Road. Access to the operation is from T-596, Martin Farm Road. A copy of the application for revision is available for public inspection at the Broad Top Township Office, 187 Municipal Road, Defiance, PA 16633.
