  • 508A Public Notice Notice is hereby given that Forcey Coal, Inc., 475 Banion Road, Madera, PA 16661 has requested a bond release for Surface Mine Permit #05060101 pursuant to the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act. The mine site is located in Broad Top Township, Bedford County and is known as the Heaton Mine. The permit is located west of SR 1023, Dudley Road, approximately 0.5 miles north of the intersection between SR 1023 and SR 1036, Six Mile Run Road, and south of T-581, Heaton Road, on the property of William H., Dixie A., and John A. Heaton. The permit was issued on April 9, 2007. Bond release of $112,191 is requested on 59.0 acres. Total bond held is $117,810.
