  • 264A NOTICE OF HEARING ON AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE AND NOTICE OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of South Woodbury (the ÒTownship') that at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 shortly after the commencement of the regularly scheduled meeting of the South Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors, to be held at the Municipal Building, located at 125 North Road, New Enterprise, PA 16664, said Board will hold a public hearing to obtain input, information and comments from the public regarding a proposed amendment to the Township's Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance ('SALDO'). Following said hearing, and during the regular meeting of said Board, said Board will consider whether to adopt, and actually may adopt, at said meeting, the following Ordinance: Ordinance No. 2016-02, an Ordinance of the Township of South Woodbury, amending the Township's current Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2015-01, relating to subdivision and land development within the Township of South Woodbury), by making the following amendment: Section 403.1. A. (pertaining, generally to notes and data that are to be included in preliminary plans) is hereby amended by deleting the following sentence from the end of sub-subsection 7: If on-lot groundwater is proposed to be used, a hydrogeological analysis including data on the source and supply must be submitted. Additionally, Ordinance No. 2016-02 affirms all other parts of Ordinance No. 2015.01, and establishes an effective date. The full text of said Ordinance is available for review at the office of the Township Secretary located at 125 North Road, New Enterprise, PA 16664, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Mon.-Wed., and Fri.
