Bids will be opened and read aloud at the regular meeting of the council of the borough to be held at 7:00 PM that same day in the New Paris Community Building Office. Location of the job proposal is for the alley between Grasshopper Road and Hinson Road parallel to Rt. 96 Cortland Drive New Paris. Bids will be for the following: Item 1: Remove 100' x 10' wide of black top and tree roots. Item 2: Dig approximately 10' lower than grade for 4' of limestone gravel and 6 inches of concrete 4000PSI. Item 3: Concrete broom finished. Item 4: Top surface concrete with black top sealer Item 5: Concrete consists internally of 1/2' rebar mat, 24' center in both directions.
