Location of the job proposal is for the alley between Grasshopper Road and Hinson Road parallel to Rt. 96 Cortland Drive New Paris. Bids will be for the following: Item 1: Remove 100' x 10' wide of black top and tree roots. Item 2: Dig approximately 10' lower than grade for 4' of limestone gravel and 6 inches of concrete 4000PSI. Item 3: Concrete broom finished. Item 4: Top surface concrete with black top sealer Item 5: Concrete consists internally of 1/2' rebar mat, 24' center in both directions.
