  • 457A PUBLIC NOTICE- PERMIT RENEWAL Pursuant to the Surface Mining Conservation & Reclamation Act notice hereby is given that Robindale Energy Services, Inc., 224 Grange Hall Rd, Armagh PA 15920, has made application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for renewing its existing Surface Coal Mine Permit and the related NODES permit. The current permit, No. 05110101/PA0263231 was issued on 11/27/2012 and will expire on 11/27/2017. This renewal does not contain revisions to the existing operation. The receiving stream for the permit area is Shreves Run and Longs Run. The operation is located in Broadtop Township, Bedford County, and is known as Richards Mine. The permit area is situated along Winters Road 1/10 mile south of the intersection with Enid Mountain Road, and just south of the village of Finleyville. The Saxton 7.5' U.S.G.S. topographic map contains the area described. A copy of the renewal application is available for public inspection at the Cambria District Office, DEP, Bureau of District Mining Operations, 286 Industrial Park Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931. Written comments, objections, or a request for public hearing or informal conference may be submitted to the District Mining Manager at the above address no later than thirty (30) days following the final publication date of this notice. Any correspondence must include the person's name, address, telephone number, and a brief statement as to the nature of the objection.
